Most Sun City Center houses went up around 1997, newer than the service area's overall median build year of 1991. That matters for installs because newer framing usually means standard header heights and factory-spec rough openings, which sounds easy until you hit the ones that don't match - additions, garage conversions, or openings that were widened at some point without updating the header. We've seen installs stall because the new door's spec sheet assumed a stock opening and the house didn't have one. The other place this goes sideways is matching the opener to the door. A heavier insulated steel door needs more lift than the builder-grade opener from the 1990s was sized for, and swapping the door without upgrading the opener just shortens the life of both. We check the header, the opening, and the opener rating before we quote anything, because guessing on any of those three means a return trip.
